Howard Lee is a Malaysian politician, activist and chef who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Ipoh Timor since November 2022. Notably, he holds a unique position as the only MP appointed to the Malaysian Foreign Minister’s Consultative Council for Foreign Policy. Furthermore, his commitment extends to serving on the Parliamentary Special Select Committee on International Relations and International Trade. Adding to his extensive portfolio, he contributes as an Executive Board Member of the Perak State Government Investment Facilitation Agency – InvestPerak.
Lee also serves as the Chairperson for the Malaysian Parliamentary Caucus for Critical Minerals and positioned as the sole TVET professional appointed to the National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training.
